Data Compilations

A "teaser" is general, preliminary information describing the property. The location, status of the IUP, perhaps the boundary of the IUP superimposed on a regional geology map. This information is generally in the Public Domain but presented here to allow the prospective buyer to determine interest in the area or particular commodity. Sometimes a Drone Flyover is provided or Satellite imagery do give relevant details and a good first impression.

If the potential buyer would like to see a full data package after reviewing the teaser, usually a confidentiality agreement is signed between the seller and prospective buyer or investors. Once signed, a complete data package is presented to the buyer.
