Listing is free for the first 3 months on the IUP-Exchange website. Following the three month introductory period, a fee of Rp250.000 per month is charged.
The listing can be as simple as a paragraph describing the property or can have a teaser followed by a complete Information Memorandum after the signing of a Confidentiality Agreement.
